Envision Success in its Entirety

There is more to being successful that making lists or affirmations (although they help).

In order to really achieve your goals, you need to see them in their entirety. For example, instead of saying “I want to be healthy,” or “I will weight 150 pounds,” take a few minutes and write down how that looks.

When you don’t think you can accomplish your goal, it’s because you’re looking too far down the road.

When you’re overwhelmed and you’re afraid you won’t be able to achieve your goal, focus on what you can do right this minute.

Focus on how far you’ve come, not how far you have to go.

But keep moving forward.

It’s almost always frustrating when we compare where we are to where we want to go. It’s better to compare where you are to where you started. That way, you’ll see the progress.

Even if it’s not much, it’s validation that you’re on your way and that you’re moving forward.
