It’s essential to take time for YOU.
There is an acronym for when you’re most inclined to engage in bad habits.
It’s called “HALT.”
Whatever “bad” habit you have is most inclined to be activated when you are:
- Hungry
- Angry
- Lonely
- Tired
If you don’t take care of yourself, you can more easily become:
- Hungry
- Angry
- Lonely
- Tired
So, it’s urgent that you carve out some “me time” during the day.
I understand. A lot is riding on you. There are lots of people who depend on you. Each of us is the hub of the wheel of our lives with spoke reaching out in all directions.
