Best Advice to Deal with Stress

I received some great advice from a long-term friend on what to do when you can’t handle the stress.

 

remember to breath

He simply said, “Remember to breathe.”

It sounds too simple, but all things being equal, many times the best solutions are often times the best solutions.

Take a moment. Slow down. Take a deep breath. Ask yourself, “Will it really hurt for me to settle down for a few moments?”

Then – and only then – decide what to do next.
