Surrounded by Miracles

I witnessed a miracle this morning!

I got up this morning, walked into the kitchen, flipped a switch and the room was flooded with light. Then, I turned a knob and flames leapt from a burner. I heated some water with invisible microwaves. After all that was over, I got into a metal box and using satellite coordinates transported myself to my destination. I called my wife to tell her I had arrived on a device that fits in my pocket. Finally, I opened up my computer and connected to thousands of people just like you via an international network that takes me anywhere I want to go.

Imagine what someone from 100 years ago would think about everything we take for granted.

it’s difficult to feel bad when you realize that you’re surrounded by miracles – and that you’re one also.

Take time to count miracles today. There are far more than you realize.
