In our last video, we talked about “The Eating Cycle.” It’s what triggers us to eat too much even when we know it’s going to hurt us. I gave some insights in how to stop that process.
However, we’re human. We’re going to slip up. And once in awhile, no matter how much we care about ourselves, we just go “crazy” and eat too much. We eat anything slow enough to get a fork in it. We’ve all been there. It’s a frustrating awful place to be.
