TOPS Video #3: How to Bring Back Motivation

Scott "Q" MarcusWelcome to your third video: How to Bring Back Motivation

This is the last of the videos for right now. However, if you’ve like them, make sure you’ve registered for your SRD. (Also, please join my free mailing list below.)

We’ve now discussed “The Eating Cycle” and “The Food Bomb;”what triggers us to eat too much even when we know it’s going to hurt us; and what to do when we go “crazy” and eat too much anyway. This video might be the most important one of all, because…

Below is the third video where we talk about how to bring back motivation when it goes away.

No one quits their program because they’re doing really well, right? No, not at all. The most “dangerous” time is when you feel like you’ve lost your motivation. In this video, I’m going to argue with the theory that we’re most motivated when we start and I’m also going to point out that we can get motivated anytime we want – if we know what to do. So, if you’ve ever “lost your way,” you need to watch this video.

Remember, if you found these videos helpful, and/or  want to improve your success, remember to sign up to attend your SRD now! The deadline and contact information is below. There are only a few hours left!

Enjoy understanding “IBM: The Secret to Bringing Back Motivation.”
