Here are samples of some of the screens you get and some of what you can do with our coaching partner, Lifetick. This is included in every level of ThisTimeIMeanit.com

There are several widgets built into the software. By switching to the "status screen," you can select which widgets you want to use. Some include upcoming tasks, completed tasks (by number), days until goals, affirmations, activity level - and a whole lot more.[img src=http://thistimeimeanit.com/wp-content/flagallery/lifeticksamplescreens/thumbs/thumbs_lifetick-report-screen.jpg]Report Screen
If you enter data into your journal, you can track your progress over time with various reports. Here is an example of one.[img src=http://thistimeimeanit.com/wp-content/flagallery/lifeticksamplescreens/thumbs/thumbs_dream-screen.jpg]Dream Screen
Some goals are very long term. However, we don't want to forget about them. Instead, we can convert them to "dreams." Here is a sample of the screen we use to keep track of our dreams.[img src=http://thistimeimeanit.com/wp-content/flagallery/lifeticksamplescreens/thumbs/thumbs_category-entry.jpg]Journal Category Entry
As part of your journalling, you can create specific categories (such as get fit, lose weight, read books). By creating specific entries, you can do customized reports to track how well you're doing.[img src=http://thistimeimeanit.com/wp-content/flagallery/lifeticksamplescreens/thumbs/thumbs_goalsscreen.jpg]Goal Screen
The heart of the software is our goal tracking. You can create lots and lots of goals and assign them to different core values. Within each goal, you can create tasks. This screen shows the status of any tasks, their priorities, and you can even break them down by when they're due, and their core values.[img src=http://thistimeimeanit.com/wp-content/flagallery/lifeticksamplescreens/thumbs/thumbs_noteentry.jpg]Note entry
This is a sample screen of how you would enter your notes, feelings, beliefs, thoughts, into your journal[img src=http://thistimeimeanit.com/wp-content/flagallery/lifeticksamplescreens/thumbs/thumbs_journalscreen.jpg]Journal Screen
You can add notes to your journal (as well as reports). However, the journal also automatically monitors some activities (such as when you complete tasks). You can customize the journal report to show you all or some of what you have done. You can modify date ranges too.
Note: click on the “I” in the upper right of the image to get more information about each screen.
Lifetick FAQs
Note: to see Lifetick’s tutorial videos follow this link.
Q: I deleted the widgets on my status and can’t see the list to add new ones or put some back. How do I do that?
A: On the right side of the status page, you should see three lines, the first two relate to journaling. The third one says “add/remove widgets” and it has a little “+” box. Click that box; a list of widgets will drop down. Select what you want and drag to the status section.
Q: I want to MOVE everyday on my treadmill. I also want to track the number of minutes that I actually run. How do I do that?
A: If you want to keep track of daily activities or events, you can do that on the “journal” page. Select “Journal Category Entry” (not Journal Note entry). Then, select an item from the drop down box, which will be one of the pre-made journal categories (unless you created one on your own; which you can using “edit journal categories” on the “Journal” page). Enter in the number of minutes you did. You can even generate reports and graphs from that information.
Q: I want to track the number of contracts I get. How do I do that?
A: You should be able to do this the same way you do the treadmill thing. Create a new journal category called “contracts.” Select an icon. Click “counter” as the type you want. Then, any time you secure a contract you make a new journal entry in that category, it will automatically increase your count by one & record the date.
Q: What happens if I make a recurring task and don’t achieve one of the steps? Does that mean I won’t be able to move to the next step until I complete it?
A: Recurring tasks wait for checking off before moving the due date unless you go into the task and select “skip an instance”. This means the due date shifts to the next one and you can continue as per normal. To skip a recurrence simply click on the checkbox to the left of the task (the same one for completing a task) and you will see the option there. Skipping tasks does not impact goal completion either. In other words, once the last reoccurrence has been completed along with all other tasks then you will prompted to confirm the goal has been completed – regardless of whether you skipped some or not.
Q: Can I change a journal category after it’s created? (such as from “counter” to “numeric”)
Once journal categories are characterised (given a type), they can not be changed. This is because they may have data in them which wouldn’t correlate in another category type e.g. changing dollars to count. Therefore, the editing is merely for name and icon. If there is no data in the category, then the recommended approach is to delete and re-create. If there is data, then maybe the type should be changed at all for the same reason.

Q: What do the colors mean on the progress bars?
The progress bar is empty if no task has been completed and will start to fill up as tasks are completed. This represents a percentage of tasks completed toward total.
- It is RED if ANY task is overdue
- It is GREEN if ALL tasks are on schedule.
- If no tasks have been completed, but at least one of them is overdue, then the background will be a FAINT RED color.
- If no tasks have been completed AND no tasks are overdue, the the background will stay the same LIGHT BLUE shade
- If goal due date is overdue, the the goal due date changes to RED
- If goal is on schedule then the goal due date will stay LIGHT BLUE.
